We've delivered some usability enhancements to guide the user through mandatory inputs in the 'Agency Request Details', and to enforce the limit of 20 funds in the ‘Add Parties to Request’ task. Users will benefit from the improved visibility into task progress. Supports the toggle to customize the order of Policy Categories and Data Groups within Data and Review Tasks. The ‘Order Alphabetically’ toggle allows users to disable the default alphabetical ordering of Policy Categories, enabling a user-defined order. The ‘Order Data Groups by Category’ toggle allows data groups to be grouped within their respective policy categories within a data task. This feature allows for the configuration of Product Requirement Set scoping conditions that support the Related Entity as a condition. It also enables the conditional displaying of Product Data (datagroups and data fields) based on scoping conditions related to both the Current Product and Related Entity. Will from Fenergo provides an overview of some recent enhancements to the Agency Feature. We've added a new tab to the EPP for Agent entities to display their associated Underlying Principals with nested products - this will replace the 'Agency Products' tab for a better user experience. The Managed Relationship Entity Profile is now easier to navigate and configurable to display MR specific data.

This feature enables data fields on the Related Party task to be triggered based on values entered in datagroup fields-mirroring functionality already supported in FenX and previously delivered for Data Tasks. This feature introduces enhanced validation for the Related Party task within the Portal. It allows configurators to enforce mandatory review for related parties and enables portal users to clearly see the completion status of each Related Party. Clients can enable or disable this validation using the “Enforce Mandatory Related Party Data Capture” toggle. We've made it easier to navigate to the Entity Profile page for Managed Relationship entities. Managed Relationship entities represent the relationship between an Agent and Underlying principal. Our customers can use this entity to capture data or documents from the agent that are applicable for the associated Underlying Principal. We've added the Managed Relationship entity association to the Related Parties card of the Underlying Principal's EPP. This allows users to navigate directly to the MR from the UP. The Entity Profile for the MR displays a sub-set of relevant tabs and is configurable via tenant Entity Profile Configuration so that it can be optimised for MR data. To simplify navigating large volumes of products managed by an Agent entity, we’ve introduced the Underlying Principals tab to replace the 'Agency Products' tab. Users typically look for a specific Underlying Principal so that they can review their associated products. This new tab supports that workflow by displaying all Underlying Principals whose products are managed by the selected Agent. Users can: Use Search and filter to quickly find the Underlying Principal(s) they need Expand an Underlying Principal to view their products in a nested table Search and filter within the product table as well This experience is configurable. Displayed columns for Underlying Principals are sourced from the ‘Indexed’ fields in the ‘Basic Details’ category of the Entity Profile. This category can be updated in the Entity Profile Configuration page for Company entities. To ease the transition, both Agency Products and Underlying Principals tabs will be available for the next two weeks, after which the Agency Products tab will be deprecated. Georgina from the Fenergo product team introduces the ability create a virtual document within Fenergo, meaning a fileless document that is a representation of a document that can be linked to items such as entities, journeys, document requirements and so on. Unlike a standard document model uploaded to the system, the file that the virtual document represents in not stored in Fenergo SaaS, and instead is stored elsewhere and can be accessed via a URL. Virtual documents can be used in most parts of the application where standard documents can be created and maintained, including some areas using v1 document components. Please refer the user guide for the full list of areas and for further detail on this feature.
