Welcome to the Fenergo Community Portal (“Portal”). The Portal is a space for clients, partners, and Fenergo employees to collaborate, share knowledge, and access resources that help maximise the value of Fenergo’s platform.

Access & Registration

Access to the Portal is provided to Fenergo clients, partners, and authorised users. Some features may require registration or authentication through Fenergo’s single sign-on (SSO) or other approved identity provider.

You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Community Conduct & Guidelines

The Fenergo Community is designed for professional collaboration. You agree not to post or share content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, obscene, confidential, or that violates intellectual property rights.

Avoid posting client-specific or sensitive data. Refrain from advertising, solicitation, or spamming other users.

You may not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or engage in behaviour that disrupts the experience of other users. Fenergo reserves the right to edit, remove, or suspend access to content or users that violate these Terms.

Our Commitments / Your Commitments

Fenergo is committed to maintaining a secure and well-moderated community, though we do not guarantee real-time moderation.

By participating, you agree to act professionally, avoid confidential disclosures, and use the Portal only for its intended purpose: collaboration, learning, and knowledge sharing.

You confirm that you have all necessary rights to any content you share and that your contributions do not infringe upon the rights of others.

Confidentiality

Users must not disclose personal data (including PII), client-identifiable information, or confidential or proprietary information.

The Portal is intended for general support and informational purposes only and must not be used to share regulated or sensitive data. Fenergo reserves the right to remove any content that breaches these obligations.

Use of the Portal is subject to Fenergo’s Privacy Policy. Personal information is collected solely for account management, moderation, and engagement analytics.

All Portal-related personal data is hosted within the European Union. Where processing occurs outside the EU, it is protected by appropriate safeguards in line with applicable data protection laws.

Intellectual Property

All Fenergo trademarks, product names, and design elements are the intellectual property of Fenergo or its licensors. You may not use Fenergo branding without prior written consent.

Moderation & Content Management

Fenergo aims to promote open dialogue while maintaining respectful and relevant discussions. We reserve the right to edit or remove content to uphold community standards.

Liability & Disclaimers

The Portal and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Fenergo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the Portal.

Termination & Updates

Fenergo may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. Updates to these Terms will be communicated via the Portal.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Feedback and suggestions are welcome and may be used by Fenergo without obligation or compensation.
