Deprecation Notice Date: July 22nd, 2025 Removal Date: January 31st, 2026Fenergo is officially beginning the deprecation process for the Legacy Dashboards in favour of the Advanced Dashboards, which were launched earlier this year. This communication serves as a 6-month notice before the complete removal of the Legacy Dashboards UI and associated APIs. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to deliver a more modern, flexible, and user-friendly reporting experience. What Does This Mean for You as a Fenergo User? September 1st, 2025: A deprecation banner will be displayed on the Legacy Dashboards page. If you do not wish to have this displayed on your tenant, please contact your Client Partner. January 31st, 2026: The Legacy Dashboards UI will be fully removed from the Fenergo platform. Users will be automatically redirected to the Advanced Dashboards upon login. Alternatively, the default landing page can be selected for a Team in the Security Configuration page ahead of this change if this is preferred. The following APIs will also be permanently retired: Dashboards Command API Dashboards Query API We strongly recommend all users and integrators transition to the Advanced Dashboards and update any dependent API usage well in advance of this removal date to ensure continuity of service. Why Are We Making This Change? The Advanced Dashboards provide a significantly improved experience with more customisation, performance, and user-specific features. Highlights include:Dedicated Tasks Dashboard: Clearer task management and visibility. Saved Filters per User: Personalised filtering saved between sessions. Custom View Configuration: Dashboards can now be tailored by individual users, removing tenant-wide restrictions. Improved Navigation: 'Journeys' and 'Tasks' dashboards have been elevated to the main left-hand navigation for quicker access. Expanded Indexing Support: Tasks and Journeys Dashboard Indexes now support up to 150 fields, eliminating the need to mark fields as indexable in Policy. Pagination: No longer limited by assigned task count - full pagination support ensures better scalability. For full details on functionality and setup, refer to the documentation: Advanced DashboardsNeed Help or Have Questions? If you have any questions or require support with this transition, please contact your Fenergo Client Partner, who will be happy to assist you.

Fenergo Product Roadmap

Roadmap Colour Scheme Guide:The Fenergo Product Roadmap provides an initiative-based view of the features and enhancements currently in development, as well as those being explored for the future. The roadmap uses colour coding to indicate confidence levels:Dark blue (Previously Approved) and Dark green (New Approved) represent committed items. Pale green (Future Consideration) and Grey (Future Roadmap) represent proposed initiatives that may evolve as analysis continues. While the roadmap outlines our strategic direction, Fenergo maintains flexibility to respond to changing client needs and market dynamics. Items scheduled in later quarters should therefore be considered indicative rather than final commitments. An Agile Probability rating is included for each quarter to illustrate the level of confidence in delivering the outlined scope within that timeframe. Roadmap FAQs:How do Fenergo decide what to build? Fenergo follows a structured Product Management Funnel to guide product development from ideation through delivery. Ideas come from Product-led strategic initiatives and Client-led requests. Each initiative is reviewed and approved by the Product Committee. How do Fenergo prioritise their roadmap? We prioritise based on customer value, demand, alignment to our product strategy, and impact on key use cases. What does Previously Approved mean? These initiatives appeared on the previous version of the roadmap. What does New Approved mean? These items were approved in the most recent Product Committee review. What does Future Consideration mean? These are items currently being explored and scoped by the Product team. They are typically the focus for the next quarter. What does Future Roadmap mean? These are areas identified as potential opportunities for future development, pending further research and analysis. How do I raise a suggestion for consideration for your future roadmap? Suggestions should be submitted via the Client Services team. Each request receives a unique ID, and its status can be tracked. Will I see an idea I raised on a roadmap? Not directly. Roadmap items often combine multiple ideas (Product-led and Client-led) rather than referencing a single submission. How often is the Fenergo roadmap published? A new version is released quarterly, though updates may occur more frequently if changes arise. What does Agile Probability mean to Fenergo? Predictability of delivery decreases over time. Items in the current quarter have a higher certainty of delivery than those planned 2–3 quarters ahead.

Investment Account Related Parties

The capture and management of Related Parties (RPs) within the Investment Account task has been enhanced to align with the existing Related Party capture task. This optimisation provides a consistent user experience across Fenergo tasks, ensuring that related party information can be captured, searched, and maintained in the same intuitive way used elsewhere in the platform.Key Improvements Aligned User Experience The Related Party modal within the Investment Account task now follows the same layout, flow, and interaction pattern as the standard Related Party capture task. This provides a familiar, streamlined experience for users performing related party capture across different task types. Simplified Search and Link Process Users can perform a search using minimal input, a search is permitted when at least one field in the Related Party Basic Details panel is populated. Search results are displayed inline within the modal, enabling users to immediately review and either link an existing entity or create a new one. Consistent Validation and Save Logic Mandatory validations are enforced at the point of saving. The relationship between the investment account and the related party is only created when the user selects Save. ImpactThe behaviour and layout of the Related Party modal in the Investment Account task are now consistent with the standard Related Party capture process. This optimisation improves usability and reduces training overhead by providing a single, unified approach to capturing related party data across Fenergo tasks. Relationships captured within the Investment Account task remain specific to that account and do not trigger global related party verification.
