This feature introduces the ability to gather deferred documents on journey completion for the entity in journey, and associated related parties, into an entity specific document review to automate the triggering of a journey for subsequent collection. This enhancement introduces the ability to configure journey launch permissions at a team level, extending the existing Journey Launch Controls functionality. The Asset Manager Portal initiative has been introduced to enhance how asset managers access and interpret investor information within the Fenergo Portal. This initiative empowers the Asset Manager to improve onboarding speed, streamline operational processes, see bottlenecks in the investor journey at a glance, and support faster, more informed decision-making. Key Features: This initiative provides asset managers with: Advanced Search Dashboard​ This dashboard enables a real-time, dynamic table-based search experience for investor-related data across all managed funds. It is designed to help the Asset Manager to discover entities beyond their directly linked set or who require advanced filtering and investigative capabilities. Role-based access restrictions ensures data privacy, giving asset managers visibility to entities that they are explicitly permitted to access and interact with. Advanced Search Dashboard Restrict Access to Entities Journey Dashboard​ This dashboard provides the Asset Manager with a centralised view of all in progress journeys for their associated investors. It provides quick access to high-level journey details, helping the asset manager to stay informed. Each journey details page provides the asset manager with an overview of data, documents, investment accounts, and products associated with that specific journey. Journeys Dashboard Journey Display Information Multiple Dashboards Assigned to a Portal User​ Portal users can now be assigned multiple roles, providing them with access to multiple different dashboards. This provides greater flexibility in tailoring the Portal experience to meet different business requirements and contexts while ensuring permissions remain secure and consistent. The Investor Portal Initiative has been introduced to transform how users’ access and interact with entity level information in the Fenergo Portal. This release transforms the Entity Profile Page into a central, self-service space, consolidating all key entity data, documents, investment accounts, and products. This initiative introduces configurable role-based access to ensure Portal users only see the information relevant to them. By reducing the need for journeys and manual processes, the Portal will deliver a more efficient, compliance, and consolidated view of entity information. The Portal now includes a Products Tab on the Entity Profile Page (V2), providing Portal users with a clear and structured view of all products associated with an entity. The Portal now supports searching by multiple values within dropdown filters on the Search Dashboard. This enhancement enables users to perform broader and more flexible searches using IN-based filtering, improving efficiency and reducing the need for repeated queries. The Portal now supports direct navigation from the Journeys Dashboard into a detailed Journey Overview. This provides users with clearer visibility of in-flight journeys and quick access to journey data, documents and information aligned with the Profile Page V2 experience. Salesforce now supports the Document collection aspect of Fenergo’s Related Party Data and Documents Task. This feature allows all documents to be captured directly within Salesforce for in scope related parties. The capture and management of Related Parties (RPs) within the Investment Account task has been enhanced to align with the existing Related Party capture task. This optimisation provides a consistent user experience across Fenergo tasks, ensuring that related party information can be captured, searched, and maintained in the same intuitive way used elsewhere in the platform. Key Improvements​ Aligned User Experience The Related Party modal within the Investment Account task now follows the same layout, flow, and interaction pattern as the standard Related Party capture task. This provides a familiar, streamlined experience for users performing related party capture across different task types. Simplified Search and Link Process Users can perform a search using minimal input, a search is permitted when at least one field in the Related Party Basic Details panel is populated. Search results are displayed inline within the modal, enabling users to immediately review and either link an existing entity or create a new one. Consistent Validation and Save Logic Mandatory validations are enforced at the point of saving. The relationship between the investment account and the related party is only created when the user selects Save. Impact​ The behaviour and layout of the Related Party modal in the Investment Account task are now consistent with the standard Related Party capture process. This optimisation improves usability and reduces training overhead by providing a single, unified approach to capturing related party data across Fenergo tasks. Relationships captured within the Investment Account task remain specific to that account and do not trigger global related party verification. The Portal now supports displaying Datagroups (e.g., Contacts, Addresses) directly on the Details Tab of the Entity Profile Page (V2). The reviews domain has been enhanced with the inclusion of a Review Dashboard that allows users view and manage both scheduled and in progress reviews. The dashboard leverages the previously released ‘Review Journey Scheduling’ feature (Release Notes) and this allows us to surface scheduled reviews for visibility and management. warningClients currently using the ‘Journey Schedules’ feature should wait for an upcoming migration tool before adopting this. Adds configuration on the Risk Model screen to set numeric thresholds at Risk Factor Group level and assign a colour to each threshold band across Overall, Group and Factor. Group thresholds drive band mapping for that Group; if not configured, the Overall model applies. If colours not configured, system default applies. New secondary identifiers are now available for LexisNexis: Individuals: SSN, Driver’s License Companies: EIN These must be enabled in the LexisNexis Secondary Identifier Configuration in order to use them. For LexisNexis Ongoing Screening (OGS), the Batch Formats configured in Bridger must be updated to include these secondary identifiers for it to be sent and used in OGS. A user interface has been added to the Related Party Risk Review task. This enhancement allows users to view the full breakdown of input values used to calculate each risk factor for a given related party. The UI includes aggregate and per-party scores, relationship details, and a drill-down into the contributing risk data. This enhancement is available without configuration changes, but it does not apply retroactively to tasks completed before this date. To access the updated view, the task must be re-run. Managed Relationships entities are integral to the agency data model. They are optional and can be left unnamed or can be manually named. We've added an option to automatically apply a "Legal Entity Name" value that follows the format: "MR - [Agent Legal Entity Name] - [UP Legal Enttity Name]". When toggled on, the system will insert this text into the legalEntityName field for Managed Relationships that are in scope for an Agency Request journey and currently have no name (new or existing). This text can be overwritten if you have configured the Agency Request Details or Managed Relationship Details tasks to include the legalEntityName data requirement for MR's. Conflict Resolution was previously updated to retain resolved conflicts for review as a completed task. We've enhanced this to also retain resolved conflicts for Managed Relationships. No configuration or enablement is required. When the Conflict Resolution task is completed with MR conflicts, they will be available for review in the completed task. The Portal now includes a new dashboard type, the Journeys Dashboard. This dashboard allows Portal users such as Fund Managers to view and track the progress of all journeys currently in progress for their associated investors. This provides a single, consolidated view of journey activity directly in the Portal, giving external users visibility into onboarding and review progress without needing access to the Fenergo system. Key Highlights: Configurators can select from existing Journey Views in Fenergo to determine which journeys and columns are displayed in the Portal. Supports pre-filtering rules, allowing admins to restrict what journeys are visible to specific users/ roles. Users can apply multiple filters to narrow results and locate specific journeys quickly. Portal administrators can now configure enhanced tooltips and inline document guidance to help users better understand data fields and document requirements. These improvements make the Portal more intuitive by providing clear, contextual explanations without cluttering the user interface. Enhancements include: Field Tooltips: Available on all input fields within Data and Document tasks, allowing configurators to add concise explanations or context for complex fields. Inline Document Descriptions: Short, always-visible summaries explaining the purpose of each document requirement. Ideal for describing why a document is needed, not what action to take. Document Tooltips: Additional on-hover tooltips can provide extended guidance such as accepted document types, expiry rules, or jurisdiction-specific instructions. Combined Inline Documeent Descriptions + Document Tooltips: Configurators can use inline text for brief guidance and attach a tooltip for detailed information, with Markdown-supported formatting.
