Product Roadmap

The Fenergo Product Roadmap provides an initiative-based view of the features and enhancements currently in development, as well as those being explored for the future.

The roadmap uses colour coding to indicate confidence levels:

  • Dark blue (Previously Approved) and Dark green (New Approved) indicate committed items.
  • Pale green (Future Consideration) and Grey (Future Roadmap) represent proposed initiatives subject to change.

Items scheduled in later quarters should be considered indicative rather than fixed. Fenergo maintains flexibility to adjust based on evolving client and regulatory needs.

Roadmap FAQs

1. How does Fenergo decide what to build?

Fenergo follows a structured Product Management Funnel where ideas from internal strategy and client requests are assessed and approved by the Product Committee.

2. How does Fenergo prioritise their roadmap?

Prioritisation considers customer value, market demand, alignment with strategy, and impact on key use cases.

3. What does Previously Approved mean?

These initiatives appeared in the previous published roadmap cycle.

4. What does New Approved mean?

These items were endorsed during the most recent Product Committee review.

5. What does Future Consideration mean?

These items are being explored and scoped for potential inclusion in the next quarter.

6. What does Future Roadmap mean?

These represent longer-term opportunities for future research and validation.

7. How do I raise a suggestion?

Suggestions should be submitted via the Client Services team. Each request is assigned a unique ID for tracking.

8. Will my idea appear directly on the roadmap?

Not directly โ€” roadmap items often consolidate multiple requests and strategic initiatives.

9. How often is the roadmap published?

A new version is published quarterly, with interim updates if priorities shift.

10. What does Agile Probability mean?

Predictability decreases the further out the planning horizon extends. Near-term items have higher certainty than long-term items.
