This feature extends the Read Only functionality for Data Groups from Fen-X to the Portal. Data Groups marked as Read Only in Fen-X will be uneditable in the Portal, preventing unauthorized modifications and ensuring data integrity. Georgina from the Fenergo product team introduces the ability create a virtual document within Fenergo, meaning a fileless document that is a representation of a document that can be linked to items such as entities, journeys, document requirements and so on. Unlike a standard document model uploaded to the system, the file that the virtual document represents in not stored in Fenergo SaaS, and instead is stored elsewhere and can be accessed via a URL. Virtual documents can be used in most parts of the application where standard documents can be created and maintained, including some areas using v1 document components. Please refer the user guide for the full list of areas and for further detail on this feature.

Georgina from the Fenergo product team provides an overview of the functionality within the Conflict Resolution task. The task provides users with visibility of entity data changes made and published in parallel journeys that conflict with changes made within the current journey, and applies to entity data of the entity in journey, entity data of associated related parties and/or associated product data where configured. Users have the ability to accept the latest data or retain the current journeys data. For more information, please refer to the user guide.

Emma from Fenergo demonstrates the new Secondary Identifier Field available for LexisNexis. It allows for segregation of ongoing screening lists for both Company and Invididual entity types.

Allows RM users to be able to send a comment that is posted in Salesforce to Fen-X, enabling them to request information and status updates regarding specific journeys. We released Product Risk Assessment in May of this year. The feature will assess the risk of products that were added/updated in the current journey. Some clients also want to included 'Onboarded' products in Product Risk Assessment so that migrated products can be assessed for the first time or previously assessed products to be reassessed against the latest configuration. Verified data is never directly changed, so we need to bring onboarded products into review in order for them to be assessed. We're introducing the 'Create Onboarded Product Drafts' Service task to automate the effort to include these products in the scope of a Product Risk Assessment. The task will only open drafts for Onboarded products that are Owned by the root entity and can be further configured with a Product Scoping Rule for scenarios where only a subset of onboarded products need to be re-assessed. This feature updates the design of the Document task interface to improve the display and management of mandatory document requirements, including the acceptable document types feature.
