This feature removes the Quick Link UI restriction, allowing portal users to be linked to an entity type "Other" without any UI restrictions, and ensures the portal continues to function and display correctly. This feature also updates the error message to "Unable to link a portal user to an entity of type Group." User Guide Reference: Configuring the Fenergo Portal > Portal Quick Link
Clients using SSO or custom portals can now configure the URL for buttons in three email templates: Outreach, Delegated Notification, and Front Office. The URL will be fixed across all templates and will no longer include journey-specific information. Updates to the URL will require a request to the product team. Button text remains editable in Outreach and Delegated Notification templates. Modifications to Auth0 emails are not supported. User Guide Reference: Configuring the Fenergo Portal > Configurable Email Links
Multiple processes are now supported within the outreach stage. If a process does not contain the "Create Outreach Snapshot" task or "Import Outreach Snapshot", the Task completion order of "In Any Order" may be selected. User Guide Reference: Using the Fenergo Portal Outreach Functionality > Parallel Outreach Tasks
'Number' type Product Requirements can now be configured with 'Conditional Limit' validations which are configured relative to other number requirements in Product data ('Current Product' source) or Entity Data ('Related Entity' source) using operants. In addition, Product Requirements can also be used as a trigger for columns and conditional values in data groups linked to the same product. Further we've introduced the 'Current Product' source for Logic Engine conditions configured Trigger Conditions or Conditional Values. This source allows conditional behaviours to be driven based on product requirements in the product the datagroup is linked to.
We have introduced new validations to set limits to number columns relative to other number columns. If an entered value meets a limit condition, the configured error message will be displayed. This capability is available for data groups in all contexts. Further we've introduced the 'Current Product' source for Logic Engine conditions configured Trigger Conditions or Conditional Values. This source allows conditional behaviors to be driven based on product requirements in the product the datagroup is linked to. User Guide Reference: Data Group User Guide
This feature increases role flexibility by allowing up to 50 roles per tenant, including two non-deletable default roles (Standard and Client). Configurators can create, edit, and manage roles via a new "+ADD" button, and administrators can delete roles (except defaults). Users will be reassigned to a default role if their assigned role is deleted. User Guide Reference: Configuring the Fenergo Portal > Portal Role Configuration

This feature introduces a new toggle to hide deferred documents from portal users, similar to the existing functionality for hiding waived documents. The toggle is configurable, allowing clients to decide whether to display or hide deferred documents based on user role. By default, deferred documents will be visible, maintaining the current behavior. User Guide Reference: Configuring the Fenergo Portal > Hide Waived and Deferred Documents
A new field, 'query limit' has been introduced in the tenant configuration file to control the query limit for live Elastic search queries during rule execution. This field determines how far back in time a rule can search. The default limit is set to 30 days, but it can now be increased to a maximum of 1 year (365 days). However, this extended limit (beyond 30 days) should only be applied to tenants where we have a contractual agreement to process a low volume of transaction data. A low-volume tenant typically processes around 2,000 transactions per day, or around 60,000 transactions over a 90-day period. This configuration allows users to input a query period in the rule manager that exceeds the previous 30-day limit, based on the value set in the system settings. . User Guide Reference: TM User Guide >This update needs to be performed by technical consultants in the backend.
For tenants that use the integrated CLM and TM solution, a new category of parameters is now available in the Rule Manager UI, enabling users to build rules that can reference KYC attributes of an entity. Before using KYC attributes in the Rule Manager, the required KYC attribute checks must be pre-created and approved in the 'Entity Data Rules' module. This enhancement allows for more comprehensive AML rule building by combining KYC information from an entity profile with transaction conditions. User Guide Reference: TM User Guide > Rules Manager

This feature streamlines the process by removing the need for manual concatenation or page navigation, reducing errors and improving efficiency. For more details, please refer to the user guide.
