Document Persistence is now available for related party document requirements in the Related Parties task. Once enabled, any documents satisfied in the task for direct associations will persist to future journeys with an 'Approval Pending' status. In preparation of the upcoming release of the new Integration Hub, an additional category - Integrations - will be added to the Fenergo SaaS Menu. This new category will be the central location for accessing various integration features in Fenergo SaaS. Consequently, the existing External Data category will be moved under Integrations, and all current items within External Data will be accessible through the Integrations category moving forward.

The Policy Tasks Autocompletion feature allows for the automatic completion of Tasks by the system. A Task that is configured as such will only autocomplete if all Policy validation is satisfied within the individual Task. If there is outstanding validation, the Task must be completed by a User. The Financial Analysis Import functionality has been enhanced to support the import of Actuals financial information for Related Parties. The financial analysis task has been enhanced so that the minimum capture of financial items is now pre-populated upon a user opening the task. Previously, a user would have to manually add the required financial items into the financial group and would be blocked from completing the task if this wasn't satisifed. The Manage Deals task has been enhanced so that users can view a Collateral tab within the Main Entity View (to determine the used and unused collateral/s). Amrish from Fenergo’s product team provides an overview of the system’s intelligent document processing capabilities. We have now introduced Read Only Validation for Data Group Policy Requirements. This will allow users to display Data Group grids in Journeys in a Read Only format.
