Will from Fenergo’s product team introduces the new feature called Review Journey Scheduling. He explains how this feature, which will eventually replace the Journey Schedules feature, allows for more configurable and scalable review scheduling. He demonstrates how the feature works, how reviews are scheduled and executed, and how it handles product reviews. He also explains the configuration process, including setting up entity scoping rules and product scoping rules, and how to interact with the scheduled reviews using APIs.
